For more than a decade, 300wordsaday.com has been showing up in email boxes with with challenge, encouragement, and observations from my life and work and reflections about following Jesus. Five or six days a week, 300 words more or less, since January 2009.
For many people, it’s like a daily devotional, a dally reading. For others, it’s a place to stop one or twice a week to reflect. I hear often that the timing is perfect for seasons of grief, moments of decision, or days when we simply are not sure how to talk with God. I smile, because I’m not reading your email or your mind. I’m simply talking with God and myself.
