From our illnesses of virus and substance and mutating cells,
from damage done to bodies by physical attack and wrecked vehicles and gravity,
we ask you to heal us.

From brokenness of relationship from virus and substance and mutating cells,
from damage done to souls by physical attack and wrecked vehicles and gravity,
we ask you to heal us.

God.

We need healing.
From words and acts that have crushed our hope and damaged our belief in you,
from unsalved grief and unacknowledged disrespect,
we ask you to heal us.

We know that you know that in this world we will have trouble.

We believe that you are troubled when we cause that trouble,
by the abrasions we cause and the wounds we inflict in your name.

We ask for your forgiveness.
We ask you to help us offer your forgiveness.
