I love picking up trash. Why? I imagine that Jesus will be coming after me in a few minutes. I want him to experience a clean bathroom, sidewalk or walking trail.

You may be thinking, “What if that paper towel or plastic bottle is covered with life-threatening germs?” Just bring a small bottle of hand sanitizer. If you’re in a bathroom, wash your hands afterwards.

This is a great way to make life better for the cleaning staff and also to be a servant (Matthew 23:11-12).
