He disappeared.
We have a seven-year-old cat, Oliver. He’s indoor/outdoor. We always try to get him inside at night, since there are animals like coyotes that occasionally visit our suburban neighborhood. They would love to make him a snack.

Occasionally he stays out a night or two. Once, he was away for a whole week.
This time it was two weeks.
He visited our neighbor’s seldom-used van when he had left the door open for a bit. Kitty must have decided to take a nap when our neighbor closed the van door.
Two weeks later, our neighbor walked past his van and heard a soft meowing. He opened the door and out popped Oliver!
Two weeks with no food and no water… only God could sustain one of His creatures that long!
Jesus said, “Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are?” (Matthew 6:26)
We were very thankful. He’s a great cat!
