With God, there’s always a fresh start

As we start a new year, it’s easy to remember the mistakes we made last year.

I made a mistake in a past job that was brought up by my boss over and over – even years later.

God doesn’t do that.

When we confess our sins to Him, He forgets: “He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west” (Psalm 103:12).

So let’s begin the new year with a fresh start. No matter what we’ve done, God loves us and wants to commune with us. Let His forgiveness cover us like freshly-fallen snow.
